We start with a no-pressure, in-home consultation to learn more about your home, walk through your maintenance needs, and answer any questions you have about how ServCycle works.
Here’s what to expect:
We Come to You – One of our team members will visit your home at a time that works for you.
Walk-Through & Discussion – Together, we’ll walk through your home to identify key maintenance areas and discuss any ongoing or seasonal needs you might have.
Customized Plan Creation – Based on your home’s size, layout, and unique needs, we’ll build a personalized quarterly maintenance plan that fits your home and your budget.
Ask Us Anything – We’ll answer any questions you have about how our service works, how to make the most of your subscription, or what’s included vs. not included.
Next Steps – When you’re ready, we’ll send you a quote and get your first visit scheduled. There’s no pressure or obligation—just helpful guidance and a clear breakdown of your options.
Subscription & Pricing

We offer two flexible ways to pay for your ServCycle Plan:
1. Pay Quarterly
You’ll be billed every 3 months upon completion of our visit.
Ideal if you prefer manageable payments throughout the year.
No long-term commitment—you can cancel anytime with written notice.
2. Pay Annually (Save 10%)
Pay for the full year up front and receive a 10% discount.
Best for those who want to lock in savings and minimize billing.
If you cancel early, we’ll prorate your refund based on unused visits, minus a small administrative fee.

We tackle everyday fixes, upkeep, and minor upgrades to keep your home running smoothly:
Minor plumbing fixes – Leaky faucets, clogged drains, slow-flushing toilets
Basic electrical swaps – Outlets, light fixtures, switches (no major rewiring)
Drywall & painting touch-ups – Small patches, caulking, paint corrections
Hanging & mounting – Artwork, TVs, shelving, curtain rods
Routine maintenance – HVAC filter changes, water softener refills, washer/dryer vent cleaning, fridge filter replacement
Seasonal tasks – Window screens, deck repairs, exterior touch-ups, caulking windows, fixing mailboxes
Furniture assembly & childproofing
If it’s a small-to-medium repair or maintenance task, we’ve got it covered. For bigger jobs like major plumbing or roofing, we’ll refer you to a trusted partner in our network. Visit our “Services” page to learn more, or reach out if you're still unsure.

Only vetted, skilled professionals—starting with me, Nate, the owner. I grew up building homes alongside my dad, a renovation contractor. Every ServCycle technician will be background-checked, well-trained, and held to high standards. Our team consists of trained, background-checked professionals, ensuring reliability and expertise.
Scheduling & Visits

We schedule quarterly visits. That means you’ll get four service visits per year to stay ahead of seasonal maintenance and home upkeep per our maintenance calendar.

Less than 24 hours' notice? A $150 cancellation/reschedule fee may apply.
If ServCycle needs to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll give as big of notice as possible and reach out and move your visit to the next available date.

Yes! After onboarding, we’ll work with you to choose visit dates that fit your schedule. We offer flexible windows and will confirm visit times in advance.

We stand behind our work. If something wasn’t done right, let us know within a week, and we’ll make it right. If ServCycle isn’t the right fit, cancel anytime—no strings attached.

This will vary greatly depending on the choosing of maintenance items for us to complete throughout the year.

Yes! If you need extra help between visits, you can book an additional handyman visit at $100/hour with a 2 hour minimum. We’re happy to help with to-do’s, repairs, or seasonal tasks as needed.

While we can’t guarantee the same person every visit, we do our best to send a familiar face whenever possible. All ServCycle techs are trusted, background-checked, and trained to provide consistent quality service.
Payments & Policies

Additional time is billed at $100/hour, subject to availability.
Materials are billed separately with a 10% markup.
You can provide your own materials, but they must be pre-approved to ensure compatibility.

Clients may choose from:
Annual Prepaid Plan: Price determined during consultation (includes 4 visits + 10% discount). Annual Prepaid Plan total will be billed upon completion of the first visit to the payment method on file.
Quarterly Payment Plan: Price determined during consultation and billed immediately to the payment method on file after the completion of each visit.
All payments are processed securely via credit card or ACH through Jobber. If opting to pay with a credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to the total cost of each transaction.
Additional hours or material costs are billed separately following each visit and charged to the payment method on file after the completion of each visit.
